When Can I expect my order to arrive?
Louisville Slugger Gifts shipping speed is based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can produce items for shipment. Also, orders with multiple items can take longer to produce before we're able to ship them to you.
All of Louisville Slugger Gifts shipping is done using UPS, delivery estimates can be calculated once we ship your package, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Note: We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We do not accept international orders through our online Gift Shop but you can still order by downloading and filling out the form and emailing email@example.com / fax (1-502-585-1179) or calling customer service at 1-866-785-BATS (2287) Mon. - Fri. 9:00-4:30 EST.
What if I want to get my items faster?
You can select a different shipping speed by selecting the radio button next to that option during the checkout process. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve. If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order please contact us.
If I request Overnight Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Not all items on our website are available immediately due to personal customization, if you would like to ship your order either next day or 2nd day air, please contact our customer service center. Please note by requesting air delivery does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us.
