RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory takes great pride in the products and service we offer through our online Gift Shop. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made, simply return the product(s) as instructed below and we will be happy to either refund your money, or allow for an exchange.


HOW TO RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE OUR PRODUCTS

Please contact our Customer Service Department to initiate all returns and product exchanges. We accepts all products purchased online, except personalized bats, to be returned within 45 days of purchase, with a receipt and in new condition with original store tags, etc. When returning a product, please include the receipt and be sure to indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund.


EXCEPTIONS

Due to the nature of the product, personalized bats cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, please be certain that the personalized item you purchase is exactly as you would like it.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Any products that arrive damaged will be exchanged or refunded immediately. If you receive a product from our online Gift Shop that is damaged, please call our toll free customer service line at 1-866-785-BATS (866-785-2287) and one of our representatives will take care of you.


WHERE TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

If you are returning, or exchanging any products from our online Gift Shop, please call us at 1-866-785-BATS (866-785-2287). Our website is not setup to allow for the exchange or return of any products online. In addition, our physical Gift Shop address, located inside Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, does not accept any products purchased online. Any products purchased online that need to be returned or exchanged must be mailed to the following address:

PROCESS

Please allow up to 5 business days of the product being returned for any exchanges or credits to be issued against the return. Our online Gift Shop requires all credit issues to be against the original credit card with which the product(s) were purchased.
