Here at Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory we're channeling the Luck of the Irish once again for our second annual St. BATrick’s Day Weekend! On Friday, March 16th and Saturday, March 17th guests wearing green receive 2-for-1 admission.

Also, the first 250 guests each day receive a special edition St. BATrick’s Day souvenir mini-bat when they purchase their ticket to the factory tour. Like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, this year’s St. BATrick’s day mini-bat (pictured below) features a gold handle and white barrel with a green shamrock and a “Happy St. BATrick’s Day” message.

“These eye-catching mini-bats inspired by the Emerald Isle would make any leprechaun leap with glee,” said Anne Jewell, Vice President and Executive Director of Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. “We’ve given away millions of mini-bats over the years, and it’s always fun to create a one-of-a-kind design for a limited run that delights our guests.”

Along with the free giveaway each morning, the special edition mini-bats are also available for purchase online at and in the museum store for $7.99.

In addition to the discounted admission and specially designed mini-bats, we are also offering tours of their hallowed bat vault that feature an Irish twist. Guests can “Hold a Piece of History” and pose with game-used bats and replica bat models from some of baseball’s greatest Irish-American players such as Brian McCann, Paul O’Neil, Daniel Murphy, and more. They can also see the original bat contract for Chicago White Sox player and 1917 World Series Champion, Eddie Collins. Plus, a Signature Wall Spotlight program will spin little-known stories about Irish players on the museum’s revered Signature Wall. Fun, Irish-themed photo opportunities might just inspire a jig or two.
